What belongs in an Odoo budget?
Software is one part of the investment. Discovery, configuration, data migration, integrations, training and ongoing support can have separate scopes and payment schedules. Confirm what each quote includes before combining the figures.
This worksheet calculates your inputs. It does not supply Odoo prices, estimate implementation effort or constitute a quotation. Blank amounts are treated as zero and can understate your budget.
Compare the same assumptions.
Use CAD amounts before tax. Convert foreign-currency quotes before entering them. Enter a monthly equivalent for annually billed licences, and confirm which users require a paid licence. Annual billing can require payment up front.
The renewal rate is held constant for years two and three. Hosting and support stay constant; the worksheet excludes inflation, currency changes, additional users, financing and future projects. Contingency applies only to the one-time work.
